has anyone fabricated a computer fan bracket for the acerbis?

I put a fan from a gocart at mine after fitting the manual decomp kit.

The gocart fan is much slimmer than the oem ,and it flows very well.

Don't know if it will fit behind the Acerbis tank , but here's som pictures :

/\ a Is that decompression release? and is the fan for aftermarket tanks?

I mounted one on my E model. I used some aluminum wire and wire tied it to my radiator. It is alittle cheap looking but it is on there and not moving.

Yes ,it's a manual decomp lever.

The fan (got it from ebay) is for a gocart ,but fitted right up at the original fasteners on the rad.

This fan is half the thickness of the oem ,and fitted very well after fitting the decomp lever. There was no way the oem fan would go in.

did you splice the wires together and cut off the female plug? the radiator doesnt melt the plastic? do you know that brand of the fan? thanks
