2009 450R - offroad only

Guys I used to frewquent his forum alot and built my 2004 450R round advice given here which has been great. My 04 450R used offorad only with big tank fww etc etc.

Looking at the 2009 - it simply looks awesome.

My queries are:

1. Does anyone who rode the pre EFI models have anything to say about the offroad abiility of the 09 versus pre 09s?

2. Can I fit (bodge or otherwise) a much bigger wing tank 450X fuel tank?

3. Like with the 05 series, trail tech made all manner of FWW and light systems - can I do the same with the 2009? What is the aftermarket doing?

4. How is the 2009 gearbox for offroad only - firetrail type steep riding? I currently run 14/48 on my 04 and love it. Does the 09 have as "wide" ratio as the pre 09 models?

5. Overall is the 09 model better or worse suited to offroad only? (no MX or racing whatsoever)
