yz250337 Posted April 7, 2010 ok i own a 06 yz 250 im new to suspension but im starting to get a feel for it but anyway my rider sag is 120.65mm and static/free sag is 44.45mm i know i should lower rider sag manuel says 95-100mm but was curious as to what you guys are using i race mx and weigh 198 in mx gear thanks for the help Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
