Kellan_723 Posted April 8, 2010 There is a little adjuster that looks like a set screw with a nut on it. Its located on the left cover just after the geneator and moves in as you pull the clutch lever. Someone said you can adjust the clutch with it. Does anyone know what it is and how to adjust it. Its seems identical as the clutch adjusters on the automatic clutch Hondas in quads , little 50 dirtbikes and trikes. You would turn it all the way in untill you felt pressure then backed it off a 1/4 turn and tightened the nut to adjust them. Any ideas?
SMarquez Posted April 8, 2010 Set the adjusters on the cable at both ends so that they are fairly close to the case and lever. Now loosen that lock nut and use the set screw to put 3/16" inch play at the lever. Hold the set screw with a screw driver and tighten the lock nut. Now you can use the cable adjusters to fine tune the cable slack at the lever. This is what I did on a TS125, same clutch set-up.
