djshnizle Posted April 9, 2010 I just traded for a klx 110 with a 4 speed mod, 165 bb, exhaust, 28mm carb with long intake manifold, and a stock head. it makes a really odd chattering noise, only when its running. could it be something to do with the clutch and fourth gear mod? it runs great, lots of power, no smoke, just chatter. scary loud.
