best seat?

The seat on my ktm sxf is hard as a rock and the cover gives me a rash on the legs.?(looks like that). So I'm looking for a new seat. i want something softer and shorter or normal height. not a tall seat because I'm only 5' 6 My price range is about 200 but rather find something under 150. i trail ride mostly and some track. what will a step up seat do? should i get one of those? What are some good seats that are out there? and is there any way to make the one a have softer until i get new seat? thx.

I never had a KTM so I dont know how hard thoes seats are, but i baught a one industries seat and OMY it was like riding on a 2x6! so my advise is it will just wear in and get softer. or the SDG is the best aftermarket seat IMO. and if neither of these help sell you bike and get a XR they have soft seats! lol

What year is your SX-F? My 08 450 has a very comfortable seat.

My 04 250EXC came with a Enduro Engineering Standard Height soft seat which was very comfy, I suggest looking into that.

It's an 07 and I bought it off a guy this year I think the cover is after market but idk if the seat is
