custom 2000 lem cayman

Recommended Posts

ive had this 50cc lem cayman s layin around my garage for a few years now the motor is poop crank is shot jug is gouged head is pulverised not to mention it was getting to slow for my kids

so after getting sick of stairing at it i ripped the motor out cut all the engine mounts out and fitted a 90's honda z 50 motor on it upgraded to the tb 88cc big bore kit and 4 speed manual clutch tranny so far its gone great lots of room to work with every thing fits even the shiftr the chain lines up straight even in the right place with the swinger but i am woried about the differential rear end blowing out and was wondering if there is a straight axle for this or should i just make 1

this thing shoud rip if the rear end holds

pics to come

I've just dropped a new 9.4HP 50cc Morini Franco engine in mine. I've designed a differential lock for the rear axle. It's a mod that'll be completely reversible. I'm willing to share the drawings for it. You then only need to have the part machined.
