crf 100 kick starter problem

when my kid or I ride the crf 100 we are always engaging the kick starter our boots rub on it and it makes a grinding noise,any solution on how to fix this ?any aftermarket kick starters that are tighter to the frame?

Take a small bungie cord, zip tie and strap it to the frame. Or, take it off completely
