stevie3 Posted April 11, 2010 06' kx250f had the carb cleaned at the dealer. cleaned the tank, installed inline filter and new fuel line. Have taken it apart 4 times since and changed the pilot air screw....And still can't close the choke unless I have the idle set at about 6k when the choke is on. At that point it will idle with choke of but backfires. Also when the choke is on and at idle if I pinch the boot where the choke shaft enters the carb the rpm's drop. Had about enough taking the thing off....Suggestions?
