nandruk Posted April 11, 2010 Ok so I am new here, my issue is I can not figure out how the baffle is removed from the tail pipe? I removed the three allen head bolts but the body seems to be welded. Does the inner pipe piece come out? I even clamped the muffler in the vise and tried to twist the end off with a pipe wrench. No go its welded. My bike is a KLX300R 2004.
