JPSousa Posted April 12, 2010 Hello guys... There is plenty information for DRZ and jetting options in here.. but I need to ask, since I haven't seen nobody with the same mods as I have... The bike: 2006 DRZ 400 SM the mods: FMF PowerBomb exhaust header.. with a Remus exhaust pipe Hi Flow air filter 3x3 air box mod Intake and exhaust HOTCAMS (not in yet.. but it will be before jetting) The thing is, I Bought those on the internet.. and done the 3x3 mod before getting the jet kit.. I am having plenty back fire.. since I put my Remus (even before making the 3x3 mod) ! it will only back fire on deceleration. But believe me it will scare the hell out off you!!! Not even WRC cars do that much backfiring! Still, it's kind a nice when you get bored with the car in front off you!👍 However I need to get it fixed... And as far I can tell (following everybody's advice) , JD kit is the way to go.. Question: is everything that I need in that kit? Which needle settings should I go for? Sorry My poor English..
