speedracer92 Posted April 12, 2010 Been around car racing my entire life and just went to the Houston Supercross - first SX/MX race ever been too. Couple feedback points for those interested. Awesome, those guys can really ride Love that the pits are open and for the most part, felt the riders were reasonably accessible Thought the races ran smoothly and appreciated that there wasn't much downtime Biggest Surprise was the LACK OF MERCHANDISE for purchase. I can't believe that there weren't more trailers selling general and rider stuff. They were out of many sizes (obviously season winding down), few Youth sizes and specific rider stuff wasn't there either really beyond a few hats. I am used to NASCAR and NHRA and they never lack for items to buy. Why is that for SX? Otherwise, a great time and a new convert to going to see SX and MX races live.
