higgy456 Posted April 12, 2010 can anyone help me as i hav a oil leek coming from behind the front sprocket and i cant seem to get 5th gear(top gear)both problem i inherited from the previous owner.its a 2002 wr400f or wrf400 not sure what to call it?.also which end cans fit my wr400f?👍 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
Blazinthetrails200 Posted June 9, 2010 Well the oil leak is the seal behind the sprocket, it is relatively easy to replace as long as the seal is on the outside, but if it is on the inside it can be harder, look up an OEM diagram of the front sprocket and you should see the seal and order it and have a shop, or even you can replace it, about 5th gear it is probably a work shift fork or a chipped gear, might even be your clutch basket or a spring on the shift actuator, i would have a shop look at that one for ya, good luck Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
