bike running really rough at low rpms

ive been working on my xr 100 new top end bbr kit and new valves and seals got it to run but 1st gear bogs hard little in second then 3rd 4th 5th if i open throttle clears up went to local shops here tried bigger jets smaller jets messed with needle air screw its better than before but plugs still running rich stock carb 45 pilot 95 main needle clip 2 from top air screw 1.5 turns open need help thanx also wondering if theres a easier way to put bbr rear spring on i dont have a press like the manual says i need thanx alot really need thehelp
