390cr Posted April 13, 2010 Hi Dr. Sanders: What exercises do you commonly recommend to your patients that need more strength in their legs and hips so they can kick start their motorcycles easier. I can run these by my doctor for approval. I have a big-bore 2-stroke with lots of compression and a short kick start lever. This is a combination that often leads to difficulties while riding. I know, I know: just get a bike with a magic button. I believe that if you are too old and weak to kick start your bike, you are too old and weak to ride it. Thank you for time.
