Newportme Posted June 7, 2010 Do any of the resident experts know, will the smog block off and Dave's mods not allow my bike to pass state inspection? I would like to do these things to my bike but need to keep it at least semi legal. gripdad Posted June 7, 2010 Keep everything you remove so if the law changes you can replace it. I have a box of parts for each of my motorcycles labeled and ready to go if needed. They did change the law here in CA on my 1977 MG Midget which was exempt and I had to replace all the smog parts for an inspection.
