Ron Burgundy Posted June 8, 2010 so i recently put a full pro circuit exhaust on my 05 drz sm and i am planning on doing the 3 x 3 mod to the air box, i do not have much experience with carbs. I changed the pilot to a 27.5 (stock 22.5) and the main to a 150 (stock 142.5). First off is this the right jet sizes (located @500ft give or take) Next i read you are supose to turn the fuel screw 2.5-3 turns out but i cant find it, does any one have a picture they could show me? Noble Posted June 8, 2010 A jet kit would be better than overly large jets to mask over the needle. Fuel screw is under a seal plug. You have to drill a hole in the plug and use a sheet metal screw to pull it out. Don't drill deep. About 1/8" is all. Check FAQ at the top of the page.
