8 Weeks to Get Ready?!

I am 8 weeks out until kickstands go up for the western half of the TAT (about 10 days). We will probably be doing 4 - 6 hour days.

I am starting to freak out as I don't ride regularly and the past couple of times that I have, my legs felt like I had been skiing hard for 6 days straight.

Do any of you have any suggestions (other than sarcasm:smirk:) as to what exercises I could do in this short amount of time that will help strengthening my legs?
