2004 crf 150 baffle removal

I was thinking about Taking my baffle out of my stock exaust and just wanted to see if I needed to do anything after I pull it out. Do I need to rejet?

yes you need to rejet based on your conditions.....115 main and 42 pilot

I advise you to not use a 115 main unless your above 2k elevation. You will get more power out of a 110 main. On my bike the 115 main will make the bike a bit sluggish. it will still have more power than a stock bike but the bike will rev a little slower. You can get more power by leaning out the jetting(to a certain point). With the 110 main and needle in the 3rd clip the bike flies from idle to WOT.

how much does it cost to rejet my bike? I ride sleds so i know why i need to rejet. My bike felt so much more responsive with just the baffle removed, felt even better with the arrestor and everything out.
