Cross reference of what other year parts fit

I'm a long time KTMer and I know exactly when the 26mm axel replaced the 20, and the 17 before that. How about Honda, stuff like wheels for example. Do they use the same axels/wheels from 1997 to present? We are rebuilding a 2001 CR125 and things like radiators & such will need replacment. Thanks for any direction, the model changes in the sticky weren'

for the 01, you can use either 00 or 01 radiators.
