Pitster Pro !HELP!PLEASE!

Hey guys I've been looking at the Pitster Pro XTR 250 for a long time and found it makes about 25 ponies. Is it enough to ride sand around the pismo beach area? I weigh about 145-150 and I'm 5'11. How would I fit the bike?

I used to ride Glamis sand dunes. I can tell you that you can't put enough horsepower to a sand paddle. I found a 10 year old YZ250 2 stroke that came with a paddle. It ROCKED out there. 2 strokes love sand- you can rev them, they ride light on the front tire, and not much engine breaking to stuff the front end.
