Look on the left side of the carburetor where the fuel line goes in. Right behind that area is am 8mm nut with a phillips screw. Loosen the 8mm nut and turn the phillips screw counterclock wise to lower the idle. If you turn the screw and it doesn't idle it down, the you may have a crankshaft seal leaking causing an excessive high idle. But have someone with some experience get a correct diagnosis before you go to deep.
