time is with motor at TDC, there is a crank lock bolt on the bottom right side of the motor. Its an allen and has a thick copper washer on it. The crank has an indent for the bolt to lock into. Remove the washer and screw the bolt back in and it will lock it up at TDC. For the top timing its the motor TDC and then on the cam gears there are two dots. They face in towards each other and line up with the edge/seam line of the cam cap or bridges. Approx horizontal and level. 18nm torque with oil on threads.

From memory the E is .12-.22mm and the I is .10-20mm
