2007 drz dynojet bog

Mabey someone out there can help me with this. I searched and tried different things but no avail. Hereswhat I got.

2007 DRZ400S

3x3 MOD

STOCK EXHAUST

DYNOJET KIT

NEEDLE ON FOURTH CLIP

TRIED 25, 27.5, 22.5 PILOT IN THAT ORDER.

CLEAN STOCK AIR FILTER

700-800ft ALT.

WITH ENGINE GOOD AND WARM, UNDER LOAD, ENGINE CONSISITANLY BOGS WHEN THROTTLE IS CRACKED FROM THE BOTTOM. I HAVE TRIED THE AIRSCREW ADJUSTMENTS FROM .5 TURNS ALL THE WAY TO 3.5 ON ALL THE PILOTS. NOTHINGS ELIMINATES THIS PROBLEM. I CAN HEAR A HIGHPITCHED SUCKING SOUND WITH THE SEAT OFF COMMING FROM THE AIR BOX WHEN I CRACK THE THROTTLE. ALL BOOTS LOOK GOOD. I NEED TO RUN THE PETCOCK IN PRIME TO MAINTAIN GAS FLOW. THE VACUUM LINE IS HOOKED UP TO THE PETCOCK. DO I NEED A SMALLER PILOT JET ? OR SHOULD I MOVE THE NEEDLE CLIP? BEST MIDRANGE POWER CAME FROM THE 25 PILOT. THANKS FOR YOUR HELP IN ADVANCE.

I think I got it!!!!!! It took three weeks, but I think I've got it!

22.5 pilot

140 main

dynojet needle 3rd clip

extended fuel screw 2.5 turns out (some minor adjustment still needed here).

elevation 800 ft.

no more bog! sweet.:banana:

I still have the petcock issue to resolve, but now I can ride again,:eek:
