do pipes on two strokes always add power to the high rpms?

or do they sometimes add to the middle? I have a procirciut header and silencer on my rm80 jetted to spec it bogs like a mother but when you hit the powerband there is a ton of power. I never rode the rm80 without the aftermarket pipe did it have a more even power curve?

yes its jetted to what pro circuit told me. I am buying a yz125 how much HP do you think an FMF pipe would add? would it increase bog and make the bike crazy at a high rpm?

Don't just go by what PC says. That's just a relative figure to start out. It depends on your altitude, temperature, humidity, air density, etc. First look at the plug to see what color it is. If you already have a PC pipe then an FMF would be a waste of money. If you want more bottom end power then go back to stock.
