How to plug 4 holes in bed from fifth wheel?

I just traded in my Chevy half-ton for a used GMC 3/4 ton. The previous owner had a fifth wheel and there are 4 holes, with a 2" diamater, in the bed of the truck. Is there a good way to plug these?

Can you weld? Or better yet are you good with a grinder.... Thats the only way to make it a good fix..

Weld in small patches, grind them smooth, paint both sides, and you're good to go.

A cheaper, less intensive method would be to get bolts with really large fender washers and put them in the holes.

It has a spray in bed liner already. What I was planning on doing was patching the holes then taking it in and have the spray in bed liner continued over the rails and then over the patched holes to make it look nice.

Unfortunately I can't weld so I'd have to find someone to do it. If I end up getting a fifth wheel hauler then maybe I can find the same hitch and reuse the holes but I'm only looking at 21'-26' haulers and haven't seen them in a fifth wheel.
