The first snow, no riding around here, what's everybody's plan for winter???

I will be hitting Links in Mo.

At my age you have to ride to stay in shape.

tenative plans are to go to texas and or oklahoma the week between x-mas and new years.

and stock up on formula and diapers. and other baby stuffs and so forth and what not and the like.

Well I have not gotten snow, but all the tracks are closed now. The sad thing is 2.5 hours north of me (Rockford, Il where I am originally from) got 6-7 inches of snow! I thought about buying a snowmobile, but how many times will I actually use it?

Well i just plan to ride in the snow. If it gets bad enough im just going to put studs in my tires.

will for sure be hitting up Keithsburg some as long as it is decent temp. Also will do some ice riding once it freezes up. And hoping to go to Texas after Christmas. We had 6 inches of snow so got the 4 wheeler out yesterday and pulled the kids around in a sled and it was pretty fun.

Winter does suck but just got to make the best of it.

i guess all there is to do now is tear down the bike and get ready for spring...or get real crazy and do some snow riding. i love the look of snowmobiler faces when i pull up with the albino pig.

go to facebook and search " racine indoormotocross" . there will be a indoor place to ride this winter. racine is about 30 minutes over the IL-WI border.

Deer hunting/spending money,holidays/spending lotsa money,Ice fishing/spending money,partaking in a ka-wad ride or two in the snow-with race buddies=spending money for buddies quad parts,getting together with race buddies to eat turkey and swill adult beverages-whilst viewing extreme enduro coverage,working overtime to freshen up bikes 4 2011 so I can spend more money racing!!!?

It doesn't. We went to MO over Thanksgiving and saw snow on the ground.

We're going to Texas over Christmas break? anyone been to PureMX? we're looking at Underground, 3 Palms and Buffalo Creek, with possible stopping at Pure for another option. Dec 27-30 possibly 31 but would like to head back then to get a little rest in before going back to work lol.
