Put a '11 throttle body in a '09

What kind of difference do you think it would make if any?

Less power everywhere but way down low.

I working on an insert that will be way cheaper, more low end, same top end.

Let me know how this works please. I might be intrested in trying something like this for my 09 450.

Yeah let me know too. I'm curious if it works and what changes it made good or bad.

I was thinking Ron Hamp allready makes an insert?

He still does I think but it's sold under tuff racing. Not 100% sure though.

I could see it being a worthwhile mod for high altitude riders or for trail ridden bikes, but I don't think I'd mess with it otherwise.

Heard tale of an RHC flat track motor with his insert (and a bunch of other stuff done) that made 70hp. The guy may have been standing on a soap box full of bullshit when he said it, but I don't know why he'd tell me bs, I'm not running against him.

So, there's your "no top end" :blah:

The shape of the RHC insert necks it down to 44 or something, but it still flows as much as the 50 did stock but with more velocity. And that's the name of the game.

There still made and sold through Tuf racing 815-756-9400 that dirt tracker @ 70 hp would have to be@ the crank shaft
