Cam timing yz450f 2006

I see that there is an H and an I mark on the cam timing. Does anybody know the proper mark that I have to set the cam timing on. The manual says match the I to the notch on the case cover but it doesn't say anything about the H on the timing. If I put the timing on the H would that advance the cam timing. If so what would that do for my timing.

Use the I mark. The H is for checking the base ignition timing with a strobe.
