Bottom end rebuild?

hey guys whats the best place to get a 4 stroke bottom end rebuilt in Canada?

ive heard of good things about lukes racing, and eric gohr in the states, but id like to stay away from internation shipping if i can.

keep in mind nothing wrong with bike, just overdue for rebuild and it won't shift into 5th, its a 98 wr 400f. considering doing the rebuild myself, but if i find a reasonable place with a reasonable price to do it i may just save myself the effort and swing that way.... anybody had good experiences or heard good things about any Canadian facilities?
