Which Hour Meter do you recommend

As stated in the title. 2011 YZ450F. I was looking at these two but not sure if I could use the Tach. One has the Tach and one doesn't.

I got mine from www.napalmracing.com .....I believe they all are pretty good hour meters.....I just got mine there because they had a cool mount for my bike....

You do know that your bike keeps track of its own hrs on the ecu which can be checked with the tuner.

Works connection as it also shows RPM and every now and then I like to see what RPM I am at.... I know odd but I do.

The mount was seperate....I say all of these hour meters have the same bolt pattern.....But it looks like the Works Connection would have to have its own mount.....Some people just double stick tape them to the side of the frame....I got the gas tank mount so I could see and keep up with it.....?

I would like to keep up with the info as well. Its going to be either a TT or Works Connection. I do like the mounting bracket for the WC better than the TT

Anyone with 10, 11 YZ450 having trouble mounting the hour meter in front of the air box using the mounting screw. I'm hearing the stock screw will need to be replaced for a longer one, is this true

Also do you guys prefer the hour/tach meter or one of those Trail tech Vapor kits

I have a trail tech tach/hour meter and love it. It's kinda convenient to see the rpm's when i want. I also have the trail tech temp gauge. I have both mounted on the handlebars. I like the water gauge and tach/hour meter better than the vapor because there not as big, yet do almost the same thing minus the speedometer.

You have any pics? I bought the bracket that's suppose to mount the HM right in front of the gas tank

Here is a view of both meters mounted on my bars

Here, you can see the tach/hour meter. It reads the time while engine is off, tach when on, and max rpm for about 5 seconds when the engine is first turned off.

Here is tghe temp gauge showing current temp, it also switches to max temp every 5 seconds or so. I believe it resets max temp when the engine rises back above 90 degree F.

I believe all gauges use the same bolt pattern, The works connection gauges look just like the trail tech, just differant color.

Yea I saw the handle bar mount bracket but opted for the gas tank bracket but I don't think its going to fit, looks like the handle bars will hit it when turning

They also make a mount that can go on your triple clampe bolt
