I race motocross only and i took the bike out and it started steaming on the track.when the bike sits and idles it will spit coolant outon the track it runs real strong jus overheats.The current jetting is this.

195 main jet

needle is set in the fourth spot from top

Mix screw is 2

Leak jet 42

Im running outta options the bikes brand new again but it overheats and the jetting shouldnt be issue can it be my Vortex Cdi?

Check for a bad head gasket or failed radiator cap.

Jetting will not make the bike over heat.

Main jet is way huge, I'd think you'd be more like a 170 to 178. How come you run a 195?

well we did have a 190 but it acted like it was towin a trailer it was slow jus plain slow

and no it gets hot on the track u can see a little bit of steam coming from cap

drain ur antifreez, see if it is clean/ if it has oil in it =head gasket... if not fill it back up make sure the bikes cold, keep the rad cap off start it and see if little bubbles come up or not. this will tell u if your circulating coolant

if your not circulating you ether have a clogged hose or your impeller or water pump seals failed

Doubt it. Sounds like you have a bad radiator cap.

Put a 180 main in it and try it too.
