Fork and shock oil

What oil are you all running? I going to try and rebuild my forks and shocks and need advice? Is there any thing I need to replace while I am in there? I thought about sending my suspension out to FC but I can't see spending $600-$700. Where do you get your nitrogen to fill the rear shock?

Most shops can charge a shock for you. You want 170 in it. (More than OEM)

Iam running Honda SS-7 in the shock and Pro Honda HP 5w fork oil. I get my nitrogen done by a local kawasaki dealer.

I have been using Maxima Shock Oil 3wt .... I was wondering how much better the Honda SS - 25 or other Honda oils were.

I have maxima racing fork 5 in front and maxima racing shock 3 in rear. Shock is charged to 173 by local suspension guy. Depending on year/hours for my twin chambers I replaced floating piston seal, ICS and bushing. In addition to outer seals, bushings and o-rings. Like brand new 06 now. Gonna try KYB fluids in same weights after current stock runs out.
