Suspension not so smooth..

Recommended Posts

My forks have a slight crunchy or notchy feeling going on when being compressed. my buddy said i need to rebuild the forks with some fresh oil and that the old oil might have leaked out. should i just take the forks apart and freshen them up? I also have started to jump on my local track recently and noticed that everytime i do i am nose high. I tried to compensate with less throttle on take off or just roll up but same thing. how should i fix this? should i go in a few clicks on rebound for the rear shock? thanks for any responses.

nose high is often a issue at the back, normally too much sag, too soft a compression on the rear, or too much rear rebound.
