2000 kx 250 crank install, sleeve question

i am about to put in my new crank. when i pulled the crank there was a bearing stuck on the shaft. should i put both bearings in the case or put the new bearing back on the shaft when going back to gether, also is it worth to have a sleeve put in the cyinder? or does it wear the top end out much faster than having it replated thanks:bonk:

Put the bearings into the case first then put in the crank. If you haven't check out the case reassy thread in the FAQ above.

Replating is the best way to go.

How bad is the cylinder. The original plating is pretty hard and sometimes just needs to be cleaned. Dry ice and a heat gun works awsome for doing cases and relatively cheap.
