TTR 125L Brake Problem

Hi Guys,

I took the front wheel of my TTR125 to fix a puncture. If I remember correctly, I think I just pulled the front wheel straight off, obviously undoing the wheel bolts.

Anyway, I fixed the puncture and put the wheel back on. The problem is that the front brake doesn't work now.

The brake handle will pull in, but the bike doesn't stop. It does slow it down slightly, but not enough.

For example, I can push the bike with the brake handle fully pulled in!

Does anyone know what the problem could be?

Thanks and ATB

James

Check the caliper/pads for correct movement. Did you pump the lever when you had the wheel out?

I'll check them this afternoon! I possibly could of pulled the lever, what would that of done to the brake?

Thanks!

The piston may have popped. You will have to bleed the system as it will be full of air.
