The other day I was at an off-road race that had a few companies promoting their products. Well, one company, BRP, was selling these carb lines that had built in, washable filters. The salesman told that the majority of dirt that finds it way into your engine comes in through the vent lines, not through the air filter. I'd never even considered that before. Kinda sounds like a really good idea. I was wondering if anyone here had ever run anything like this, and whether the filters actually collected any dirt. Any opinions? I was thinking about getting a set (the vent lines look pretty trippy too) but there like 40 bucks.
