chain guide / swingarm wear

What are you guys doing to prevent the chain guide at the front of the swingarm from wearing away at the aluminum? Are there any aftermarket parts that address this issue?

There is a top roller, a bottom roller, and a swingarm rub strip. The chain can't even touch the swingarm.

What seems to be the problem you are having?

Are you talking about the rub strip making contact with the swingarm?

Either Use commercial Silicone seal to hold it in place, or use a bicycle inner tube cut into strips, to put under the rub strip.

Yes, couldnt remember exactly what that piece was called and therefore was having a tough time finding anything in a search. The bike tube is a great idea. For the silicone are you talking about making a "strip" around the outside between the swingarm and the rubber chain piece to form a seal of sorts? Thus keeping it from moving around as much?

No, loosen fasteners, clean surfaces with brake cleaner, and Silicone right to swing arm.
