Is my suspension going to be ok?

Ok I am not a wiz at suspension and I have not taken it in to get done. But I got some specs online from motocross action mag for my specific bike for what the testers used. The bike is a 2008 Yamaha YZ250F. My weight is 170lbs.

Shock Setting:

Race sag: 100mm

Hi-compression: 1-3/4 turns out (1-1/2 stock)

Lo-compression: Six clicks out (8 stock)

Rebound: Eight clicks out

Fork Setting:

Compression: Nine clicks out

Rebound: 11 clicks out

Fork leg height: 5mm up

Now my biggest problem is my mental game. A little while ago I went racing and I had my compression soft and my rebound cranked. This was bad for me, my back end was all over the place and I had head shake. I have ridding with this new setup around the yard and it seems to feel pretty good on my little track. But there is not really anywhere to open it up. I would just like to know if this setup would be good for me, I am a top Junior rider and I like my suspension setup stiff. But is this suspension setup safe and will it track straight and no go squirly on jumps and straights? Thank-you for feedback

i would try that setup but use a tad more sag like 103mm.
