My yz 125 has 13/48 renthal on it.It runs really strong but i was wanting to try a bigger rear sprocket size. Will a 50 or 51 make much of a differnence and if so will it make more bottom end power? will that take alot away from top end power? thanks for any awnsers

It will make a very subtle difference towards more low end power. It will not take away from the top end power; the gears will be shorter, so you may have to shift sooner. 125's have to be revved to make power anyways.

If you're going to be riding in tight trails i think you should go for it. If you will be on a track where it's fast and mostly wide open, i would stick with the stock gearing.

I hope this helps.

thanks yea im only on wide open tracks so ill probably just stay with stock
