Pain in lower back, what to do?

Havent ridden in a week or two and last time that i worked out was about 4 days ago. today i woke up with a bad back pain and its been getting worse as the day goes on. I cant bend over and i have to have my back completely straight. I can walk and everything its just i cant like i said move forward or back. Its all in my lower back. Anything i should do to get the pain to go away

Sounds like a possible herniated disc/bulge. I herniated my C5-C6 and couldn't move, just also found out in a recent MRI that I have L5-S1 herniation, DDD and Arthritis. PM me if you want anymore info.

Oh yeah, I turn 28 next month!
