I am hoping to start racing a little this season but need to hit the gym. I am a fairly small guy and I ride a 250f and we have some homemade tracks and I rode on some local tracks. I am getting extremely worn out with in about 8 laps or so. My cardio is there and isn't the problem but physically I am getting beat up. I was wondering if anyone knew any good workouts not looking to bulk up but just excerises to help prevent this??
