clip 3

45 pilot jet

no pilot air jet

2.25 fuel screw

152 main jet

200 main air jet

EMP needle

45 pilot jet

no pilot air jet

2.25 fuel screw

this i what I need?

if so, where can I buy just single jets that will fit and Whats an EMP needle?

that is what you need. you may or may not already have some of it.

EMP needle is the needle you need. you probably have a EMN needle right now.

can YOU sell me all this stuff?

yes,but unless you want to end up with doubles you need to see what you have currently.

got it out and rode it quite a bit today and it runs great....only problem is when its cold its really hard to start. It has the following jetting:

160 main

200 main air

emn needle on 3rd clip

42 pilot

pilot air removed

???? turns out

Follow Eddie's jetting advice and it should be sweet....

You will need to change out the needle, pilot and Mj..

An R&D Flex jet fuel screw will make adjustments easier..

Check this to fine tune your pilot circuit..http://www.thumpertalk.com/forum/showthread.php?t=327405
