kx 250 jetting help

I have an 03 kx 250 with a phathead high compression head, vforce3 reeds, procircuit exhaust and i run it on c14, i race it and have the carb jetted but i think i can get more out of it, does anybody have any suggestions on what jets and clip position i should run to get the most???

what does the plug look like ?

it looks pretty good, kinda hard to tell with the leaded fuel, it turned it grayish

i called up procircuit and they had some suggestion like a nafg needle and a bigger main that im gonna try
