2004 won't start. valves checked etc

i also beleive its excessive. he flushed it about 4 times with cheap oil and its got cheap oil in it at the moment. i'm going to ride it tomorow (without raping it since its got cheap stuff in there) and dump the oil again as soon as i get home. i doubt there will be any water left after all these oil changes. i was running 300v in it before it blew up. my mate reckons run 5100 oil in it. its about half the price but i doubt the quality is as good as the 300v. i might ride it a few times before letting him change the oil and just tell him i've only ridden it once. i want to look after the engine, the engine builder and my wallet. looking after all 3 might be difficult though.
