Quick fcr question.

I just got my tt FCR MX kit in the mail and was curious if I'm supposed to swap out the needle with the one packaged separately or is that for a different setup? My setup is stock motor, open pipe, 3x3 opening, performance filter.

Guess you got the emn needle in a small bag.

This one is the correct one for the drz

It should have the letters stamped near the top of it.

Your jetting setup is dependent on your riding altitude and engine mods...If you purchased it from Eddie, he would have set it up for your riding conditions..

3x3 mod, open pipe for near sea level

160 main jet

200 main air jet

EMN needle

clip 3

45 pilot jet

remove pilot air jet

2 turns fuel screw

O ring or wire the accelerator pump linkage solid...

Ok so I installed the kit with the EM N needle. Performance is pretty good (actually I snapped the throttle leaving my neighborhood and it stood straight up:smirk:) but it seems to bog a little at low rpm @ wot. Also a lot of popping on decel. Too rich? If so should I grab a 155 main. And also the choke is hitting the petcock. Any ideas?
