New owner converting pit bike to supermoto (help!)

Hey guys,

I picked up a clone alloy-framed 125cc pit bike recently and am planning on converting to a supermoto platform. I've already got my eyes on the Pirahna alloy supermoto wheels but am realizing that it won't bolt right up. axles are correct size (15mm) but the rotor (and hence caliper mount) won't work without their brake kit. Last but not least, I guess I have to worry about the axle spacers for offset. Before I go down this road, has anyone else done this with the same bike? Below are pics of my ride as is:

Trying to get these mounted:

I can but it's hard for me to resist those cast wheels... Plus they're wider so the footprint/profile of the street tires should feel a lot more proper.
