coolant in cylinder

i have a 2007 ktm 250sx. bitchin' bike! but, went to start it this week to ride it and it wouldnt start? crazy, considering that ol' faithful always fires off. i pulled the plug and found coolant and gas on the tip of the plug.... now this has happend once before to me and it was the cause of a faulty head gasket (2 o-rings). so i tried replacing head gaskt.... same thing coolant on the plug.what could it be? any suggestions you can shoot my way would be great.

P.S. i want to get my cylinder re plated. know of any one reputable?

I think I recall that the water pump seal can go faulty on these and leak coolant into the crankcase. Should be an easy fix with a new seal.
