Drz 400 JD jet kit. Please confirm my setup for 750ft elevation

So I'm in Charlotte NC at 750ft. Will be running full exhaust and 3x3

Now I've been doing some research and this is what I came up with.

Main Jet: 160

Blue Needle: 4th position

I also have Kintech Fuel screw 2.5 to 2.75 turns out.

Is this correct?

what you have said sound right but this should help confirm what you are doing.

Use the factory 22.5 pilot with the Keintech fuel screw and the 160 main with open exhaust or the 155 main with an insert.

I am number 14 on the "mikuni" page. stock exhaust opened up, 3"x3" mod, jd kit, 155 main, 25 pilot, blue needle 3rd clip and just recently adjusted my kientech mixture screw to about 2.25 turns for the warmer weather.?
