2007 & newer foot pegs

Are the 2007 & newer footpegs good? I have an opportunity to pick up a set of aftermarket high end footpegs (IMS) cheap:thumbsup:. Wondering if there is any value to be gained by swapping footpegs?

The 07+ pegs are GREAT. No need to 'upgrade' em ?

Great. That's kind of what I thought but was not sure. I will save my $$ and put it towards other stuff for the WR.

It's the 08+ 4 stroke (5XC) pegs that are wider and lower

I have 08 YZ450 pegs on my 03 WR and 02 YZ. I never thought pegs would make that much difference, but I love them. Currently looking for a set for my 08 YZ.

I like the '08+ pegs so well, that I am looking into putting a set on my YZ250 as well. They have some really sweet, but slightly smaller pegs and my feet get tired after 75+ miles. Never happens on my WR.

Anyone have any experience with the Pro Taper footpegs? They are outrageously expensive ($180 MSRP).
